The Assessment Curriculum and Technology Research Centre has moved to a new location

The new ACTRC office was opened in a ribbon cutting ceremony on 10 December, 2015. The Centre is now located at Units 3&4, G/F UP Centennial Dormitories, E. Jacinto St., University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City.

The ceremony was led by UP Diliman Vice Chancellor for Research and Development, Dr Fidel Nemenzo, ACTRC Philippine Director Dr Therese AP Bustos, ACTRC Australian Director Dr Esther Care, and a representative from the Australian Embassy, Kit Atienza. The speakers gave their welcome remarks to guests and congratulatory messages to ACTRC. Dr Nemenzo said that the OVCRD (Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development) is looking forward to hosting ACTRC and following the research conducted by the Centre.

Present at the occasion were friends and partners from the UP College of Education, UP NISMED (National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education Development), Basa Pilipinas, SEAMEO InnoTech (SEAMEO Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology), RCTQ (Research Center for Teacher Quality), the Assessment Research Centre (ARC), and the Australian Embassy.

ACTRC is happy to share this milestone and celebrate with our partners as another successful year comes to an end.  We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
