Dr Romylyn A. Metila
Dr Romylyn Metila is an Assistant Professor in the Language Education Area of the College of Education, University of the Philippines-Diliman. She completed a doctoral degree in Language Education at the same institution. Rom is particularly interested in research on code-switching, language teaching methods, multilingual education, and language planning and policy. She was involved in the research projects Review of Component 1 of the Learning, Equity and Accountability Program Support (LEAPS) Project, Understanding Best Practices in MTB-MLE in the Philippines, and Baseline Study on Language Match and Teacher Assignment in BARMM.
